            8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
100% of all event proceeds to be donated
to the Hope World Evangelism Missions Fund.
 
A “Trunk to Treasure” tag sale is an event where items are brought to the church to be sold purely for the benefit of the Hope Church Missions.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to missions for two purposes.  To pay off the remaining $2,000 debt from the last missions trip to Mexico and to develop a Mexico Medical Resource Fund.  This fund would hopefully allow us to build a positive balance going forward and be utilized  to offset costs for what we hope will  be an annual  missions trip open to all Hope members.
The “Trunk” part of it is an appeal for people of Hope to bring items they wish to sell for the benefit to the church and sell them out of or around their car, truck or table set up by the car.  The cars will be arranged in a semicircle so to create a safe and attractive way to display items for sale. At the end of the day, anything unsold could be donated to those remaining or would need to be returned by the people who brought it.  (This avoids a large clean up at the end, hence the “trunk sale” name).  Extra tables will be available for you to display items on if you don’t have one.  
We are looking for volunteers to help out in food service and sales, help us park cars safely and help load/unload some larger items.
